Mrs. Elena Saharnean was appointed as Deputy Director of the PI “Center of Information Technologies in Finance”, responsible for the field of IT, based on the CTIF Council Decision no. 4 of 05.06.2018, by the CITF Director’s Order no. 102 - e from 01.08. 2018.

Professional experience:
July 1995 - March 2002: technician, engineer - programmer categories III, II and I, engineer-programmer and principal specialist in the Design and Programming. State Enterprise "Information Center for Computing" at the Ministry of Finance;
April 2002 - March 2003: Engineer – Programmer, Division Records of budget revenues of the administrative-territorial units, within the Principal Division for Design and Programming of the General Directorate of Information Technologies, within the Ministry of Finance.
April 2003 – August 2005: Head of Programming and Information Strategies Department, Chief of the Programming Division within the same Department, General Directorate of Information Technologies (DGTI), Ministry of Finance;
August 2005 - May 2007: Head of the Information Systems Development and Management Department, within the State Enterprise "Fintehinform";
June 2007 - November 2008: Deputy- Administrator of the SE”Fintehinform”;
